Refund policy

Unfortunately due to everything being made to order, I do not offer returns or exchanges but please message me if there is an issue with your order and I will help to rectify it. 

I accept order cancellations within the first 12 hours of order and any print/size amendments within 24 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
